SALES

Do you ever have sales?

We have our only annual sale that starts on Black Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, and ends on the Tuesday after Cyber Monday. This is generally the only sale we have.  

Rather than marking down our seasonal items, we donate all remaining products to an animal rescue each season.

We occasionally have special promotional discounts if there is a special event we partake in, like a pop-up shop, or adoption event. Follow us on instagram, or subscribe to our email list to keep informed on the latest events and promotions

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

How do I return my product if I'm not happy with it?

Please contact us for a complimentary, pre-paid return shipment label to affix to your package for your returned item within 14 days from date of purchase.  We will gladly reimburse you for your purchase to the original payment method, and cover the amount of the shipment label once the item has been received.  Products returned should be in new and unworn condition with all tags on, to be eligible for returns. 

The size I got doesn't fit, can I exchange it?

Please contact for a return shipment label to affix to your package for your returned item within 14 days from date of purchase. Please let us know what size you need, and we will gladly send out the proper size once the returned item is received. We will cover all shipping charges for you as a courtesy.

 

FACE MASKS

Why is it more expensive than other masks on the market?

Our face masks are made with premium, high quality cotton fabrics that includes three layers of protection.  The outer layer is a high twist woven fabric which makes it less porous for the highest microbial protection.  There is an internal permanent filter made of compressed, and tightly woven cotton fibers for extra protection. It is then finished with a high density cotton poplin lining.  Cotton is the most protective and cooling material.  It includes the best quality nose wire made of copper to prevent rusting and corroding after washing, and the elastic is extremely durable, yet soft enough for comfort. We have a 3D fit that allows you to speak comfortably, without it getting caught on your mouth when talking. The face mask also is extremely well curated and crafted in NYC, the fashion capital of the world.

Is the filter washable?

Yes, we believe in creating sustainability when crafting our products.  Think of an air conditioner, it has a filter that is permanent and requires washing, but is still perfectly effective after each wash.  Therefore, our permanent filter does the job of keeping your extra protected, without creating extra waste for a better environment.

How do I wear the mask?

We recommend pulling the bottom elastic to have the most slack, and putting it on first around the neck, then pulling the top elastic to fit securely on the crown of your head.

Ear loop face masks can be adjusted by pulling the ends of the elastic.  It may be worn around the neck for hanging convenience when unworn.

Is the mask adjustable?

Yes, all of our face masks come with an adjuster, at the base for the head elastic bands, and at each ear loop for the ear loop fit.

What kind of fabric is it?

Our face masks are made from the highest grade of 100% cotton qualities ranging from flannel, sateen, canvas, and denim.

What is your return policy on masks?

Due to health protocol and regulations, all sales are final for face mask purchases.

Why should I get your mask?

We believe that our customers care about quality, comfort and style. If this is something that is a priority for you, we highly recommend getting our masks.

Where is it made?

Our face masks are made in the USA in NYC.

How is the fit?

Fit is true to size and varies based on face size.  Please see face mask products, or visit our measurement page for how to measure for the proper size that's best for you.

Will it shrink?

Due to the nature of cotton, and any natural fabric material, it will shrink if not cared for properly.  Please see care instruction for best suited care instructions to minimize or prevent shrinkage.

Is it safe for children?

We believe our products are safe for all ages. However, adult supervision is always recommended upon usage for various occurrences that may arise.

Is it medical grade?

No, our face masks are meant for general protection upon use in public, but it is not medical grade, nor is it intended for use for surgical purposes.  

WASTE POUCH DISPENSER

How many cards can it hold?

The card pocket can hold up to 3-4 credit or ID cards.  Many more cards can be stored in the main storage, where the dispenser roll is cased.

Can I use it to hold my keys?

Yes, you can hook your keys to the jumbo pin, or you could also house it in one of the pocket compartments.

Where is it made?

Our accessories are all domestically made proudly in NYC.
